Slow release root tabs made from Osmocote Plus fertilizer. Place these deep in your substrate near any root plant. You should keep a distance of 5 to 6 inches between tabs. Be careful not to use too many root tabs, especially if you have shrimp in your tank.
Add new root tabs every 3-4 months or when growth begins to slow.
