DOA Guarantee

We offer a 110% DOA Guarantee on livestock and plants shipped with express shipping.

If your order is DOA, please take a photo of the item(s) in their original packaging within 2 hours of the delivery time and send it to [email protected] for us to review and process your 110% refund in the form of store credit (shipping fees are not refundable).

If you do not contact us within 2 hours of the delivery time, you might not qualify for our DOA guarantee because we cannot be responsible of shipments left outdoors in hot/cold temperatures for an extended period of time.

If you were not available to accept the shipment on the first attempt, the DOA guarantee is void.

Shipping

Currently our shipping costs are determined automatically based on the size and weight of your order.

We ship with Canada Post and offer Express (110% DOA), Regular (No DOA) and for some orders Lettermail (No DOA).

Orders with livestock and/or plants are shipped every Monday (Sunday 12PM cutoff). If Monday is a holiday the order will be either shipped on Tuesday or the following Monday based on your location. Orders without livestock or plants are usually shipped within 2 business days.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once we create a shipping label for your order it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

We do not accept returns on livestock or plants. For everything else, please contact us at [email protected]. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item you received was incorrect, please take a photo in the original packaging (unopened) and send it to us at [email protected]. In this case we will cover the return shipping costs or give an alternative resolution.
